UNABLE TO SELECT SLUG ITEMS USING CTRL+SHIFT+CLICK IN INDESIGN CS3

In Indesign CS3 little different from Indesign CS2, in cs2 your slug items can be master override easily by using Ctrl+Shift+Click. But in CS3 you are not created slug area specification in document setup you are unable to use Ctrl+Shift+Click. Anymore doubts post it.
